Iisakkijärvi, coordinates: Euref-Fin (~ WGS84) lat: 69° 38.1106' lon: 28° 26.2479' ETRS-TM35FIN: N: 7725846 E: 555823.
The hut is located at the southwestern end of Lake Iisakkijärvi, which is situated on the northern side of Lake Opukasjärvi (which belongs to the River Näätämöjoki watercourse).
The hut is suitable for winter use. It was built in 1966.
Facilities
- A wood-burning stove, a fireplace and a gas stove.
Notices
- Pets are allowed in the hut, but only if other visitors consent to it.
- Safety on hiking.
- There are bins for mixed waste at the hut, but hikers are asked to bring their own waste to one of the area's recycling points. Read more about Hiking Without Littering.
