Open wilderness hut for 8 persons.

Northern Lapland, Inari region, Sevettijärvi-Näätämö Area.

Sollomusjärvi, coordinates: Euref-Fin (~ WGS84) lat: 69° 29.1641' lon: 28° 45.8176'  ETRS-TM35FIN: N: 7709556 E: 568966.

The hut is to be found on the northeastern side of Lake Sollomusjärvi, which is situated east of the village of Sevettijärvi.

The hut is suitable for winter use. The hut was build in 1969. It was renovated in 2013.

Facilities

• A wood-burning stove and a gas cooker.

Notices

• Pets are allowed in the hut, but only if other visitors consent to it.
• Safety on hiking.

• There are bins for mixed waste at the hut, but hikers are asked to bring their own waste to one of the area's recycling points. Read more about Hiking Without Littering.
