Welcome to Yllästunturi Visitor Centre

A visit to the Yllästunturi Visitor Centre Kellokas is a holiday must for every visitor to Ylläs. Our customer service will guide you to the attractions of Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park and its finest hiking trails. The free ‘Meän elämää’ exhibition at the Visitor Centre introduces visitors to local nature and culture. You can also visit the changing art exhibitions and the Logging Museum. The Visitor Centre is accessible and suitable for families with children.

Visit: There is no entrance fee to the visitor centre. 

Things to Do and See: Meän elämää (Our Life) exhibition, Logging Museum, events, short films, and video presentations on nature and culture, Kellokas Gallery and Our Gallery, Outsider art yard, nature trails. Read more.

Suitability: Excellent for families with children. Part of the services are suitable for people with disabilities with the help of an assistant and also suitable for prams. Pet friendly Visitor Centre and Restaurant.
