This log hut is located right at the edge of a sheltering birch stand in the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. The hut is ideal for hikers on the Hetta-Pallas Trail, who appreciate sleeping in a bed and want to make sure they get a bed place on this popular trail. Seasonal times are Easter and during the autumn colours (Ruska). You can usually reach the hut on a maintained trail in spring time. Those travelling at other times must be able to hike in extremely demanding conditions, as daylight is short in winter and the weather can change suddenly.
